The Breuninger Foundation is a project partner of the Initiative for Communitiy Foundations. Other partners are the Körber Foundation, the Robert Bosch Foundation, the Charles F. Mott Foundation and the German Federal Ministry for Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
The Initiative for Community Foundations in Berlin is the independent central contact point for all community foundations in Germany. Its work focuses on spreading and clarifying the concept of the community foundation in Germany. A further focal point is the coordination and professionalization of the existing organizations.
